Individual Counseling

Family/Relationship Counseling

Family/Relationship Counseling

Depression, grief,  fear, hopelessness and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Many individuals can experience symptoms after painful and traumatic circumstances. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.

Family/Relationship Counseling

Family/Relationship Counseling

Family/Relationship Counseling

Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples and/or families who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, improve communication, and  to overcome struggles. By creating a supportive and safe environment for all parties, we can help you strengthen bonds, increase insight and understanding of each other, and meet your relationship goals.

Group Counseling

Family/Relationship Counseling

Group Counseling

Group counseling is a form of counseling that allows a small group of individuals with similar goals to meet and work together to create a safe space, build support systems, reach goals and hold one another accountable. We offer virtual groups to assist patients with increasing self-esteem, establishing boundaries, improving overall daily life, and much more. To qualify for virtual groups, the patient must be receiving individual counseling from our agency.

DBT

DBT

Group Counseling

Dialectical Behavior Therapy is a therapeutic methodology developed by Marsha Linehan. DBT combines standard cognitive behavioral therapy techniques for emotion regulation and reality testing with concepts of mindful awareness, distress tolerance, and acceptance largely derived from Buddhist meditative practices.

EMDR

DBT

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy is a simple and efficient form of therapy utilizing Bilateral Stimulation (BLS), usually in the form of eye movements, tapping or auditory tones. EMDR is effective in reducing or alleviating trauma-related symptoms, whether the traumatic event occurred many years ago or yesterday. To qualify for EMDR services, the patient is required to complete DBT therapy and demonstrate stability and skill usage with our agency (typically about one year of therapy).
