Children’s Therapeutic Support Services
Purpose
Our Children's Program focus is to consistently deliver evidence-based and clinically responsive programs to positively impact youth outcomes by providing quality therapeutic support services to children ages 6-17.
Covered Services
- Assessment of behavioral health needs using research-supported tools to determine service needs.
- Individual, Group, and Family counseling services utilizing evidenced based therapeutic techniques and approaches including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness Based Practices, and Trauma Focused Informed Care.
- Case Management to ensure timely and comprehensive coordination of care as necessary and appropriate to meet the needs of participants.
Evidenced-Based Practices
People Empowering People of AZ, Inc. utilizes clinically approved modalities, including but not limited to: Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive therapy, Family therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Organizational Skills Training.
