Pay: $769.23 Base salary per week + Commission (dependent upon experience, level of education, licensure level)

Job Summary: The Clinician III/Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing mental health assessment, treatment planning, and counseling intervention services, as well as continually monitoring and documenting patient progress and outcomes. The Clinician functions as a member of an interdisciplinary team, coordinating care and reporting patient progress and wellbeing to the clinical team and involved parties in accordance with the patient’s individualized treatment plan. The Clinician III/Clinical Supervisor provides services to patients within the home, office or community as agreed upon. The Clinician III/Clinical Supervisor shall utilize clinically approved modalities, including but not limited to: the use of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, Brief Solution, and Focused therapies in accordance with their training and certifications. The Clinician III/Clinical Supervisor provides individual and group clinical supervision to assigned Clinician I and Clinician IIs.
Job Responsibilities:
The Clinician III/Clinical Supervisor will provide supervision to assigned Clinician I and Clinician II's in accordance with agency and AZBBHE regulations. The Clinician III/Clinical Supervisor will:
complies with discipline-specific agency and licensing rules and regulations and carries out disciplinary action as necessary.

Computer skills including working knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, and Calendar. Experience with Apple products is a plus. In addition effective interpersonal skills, ability to follow instructions, good written and verbal communication skills, time management skills, knowledge of psychiatric conditions, typing skills, and sound judgment.
